Now, more than ever, it’s vital to have a workplace culture that is truly “upstanding” when it comes to inappropriate behaviour. Too often, when workplace concerns are not dealt with early on, they can fester and become highly problematic. Supporting staff to act, either directly or directly, is key to organisations being able to fix issues as they arise.
