Jason Clark draws on an extensive 30-year career across the military, government, industrial, and corporate sectors to develop strategies to support Worklogic’s clients to address workplace misconduct and dysfunctional teams.

Having operated in a range of challenging work environments, Jason understands the impact inappropriate behaviour and poor workplace culture can have on the effectiveness of an organisation and its employees and has through those experiences developed a strong capability around managing these types of risks.

Jason specialises in preliminary investigations and assessments, workplace investigations, Public Interest Disclosure investigations (Commonwealth and State), workplace cultural reviews and training.

Jason Clark is a specialist workplace investigator with significant experience in the government and corporate sector. He is passionate about assisting Worklogic’s clients to create workplaces where employees feel safe, respected, and valued so their employees can thrive.

Jason’s clients include federal, state, and local government departments and agencies, Australian defence industry companies, mining companies, transport companies, FMCGs and NFPs.

Having worked as a criminal investigator in the Australian Defence Force and now a workplace investigator in the civilian sector, Jason has investigated serious sexual misconduct, fraud, and corruption, bullying and harassment, and the misuse of drugs in the workplace.

Over the last 15 years, Jason has led a team of investigators investigating all types of misconduct and has been called upon to give evidence at tribunals on behalf of clients.
