Nick has extensive industrial relations experience across a variety of industries in both public and private sectors. He brings a professional, pragmatic and ethical approach to workplace issues, with experience from both a union and employer perspective.

Nick’s areas of focus include workplace investigations, dispute resolution and workplace reviews.

Nick has consulted to a range of clients in both the private and public sectors. This followed Nick working for many years at the Community and Public Sector Union, representing Victorian public sector staff across numerous departments and agencies.

Nick has also represented employers in a variety of industries, including working for peak employer bodies in aged care and early childhood. This breadth of experience enables Nick to offer a unique insight into the drivers and context of workplace concerns and challenges across a variety of industries.
